PITTSBURGH - PennZone -- Seeking to deliver a customer service experience as high-end as its bespoke apparel, David Allen Clothing partnered with LATO AI on an automation system to provide appointment scheduling assistance and the most timely, personalized communication for customers.

Serving clientele across the U.S. from Hollywood stars to elite athletes, David Alan Clothing wanted a tech solution to facilitate interaction with clients in any time zone and connect them seamlessly with the stylist of their choice. For clients in western Pennsylvania, David Alan sought to make scheduling fittings at its Mt. Lebanon and Warrendale locations a breeze.

The system streamlines communication by gleaning keywords from potential customers' initial online contact forms and scheduling a series of calls to engage them and help them book a fitting.

"The AI assistant, Emma, automates follow-ups, personalizes interactions and tracks engagement, ensuring that more leads convert to scheduled fittings," said LATO Founding Co-partner and CEO Michael Reynolds.

Providing fully customized, AI-powered automation systems and boutique-level attention, LATO AI delivers tech solutions to improve operations and workflow for companies across the transportation, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, distributing and e-commerce sectors. LATO's tailored solutions solve real-world problems, saving businesses time and money.

For David Alan, 55% of clients who engaged with Emma booked appointments the month after the system launched. AI ensures that all interactions, messages, and follow-ups are logged, providing comprehensive appointment management and real-time lead status updates.

"The system is thoughtfully designed to meet clients' needs," said Dan Zabokrytskyi, LATO COO and Founding Co-partner. "It runs so smoothly that just two client interactions were escalated to a human team member during our first month of operation."

Zabokrytskyi says LATO continues to enhance the experience for customers by implementing more speech variations and conversational tone for Emma and incorporating more information on specific stylists to help clients find their perfect match.
