Non-profit expands equitable access to trusted education and real-time supportive cancer care across the U.S.

BEDMINSTER, N.J. - PennZone -- Crossroads4Hope, A Network of Cancer Support (CR4H), is proud to kick off its 25th year of caring with the national launch of two Resource Hubs focused on Breast and Colorectal Cancers. These are the first of many patient-centered education platforms designed to address the needs of people diagnosed, their loved ones, and caregivers, providing free, accessible, trusted information wherever they are, whenever they need it.

"We want to ensure that people have access to the support, information, resources and professionals essential to living through and beyond cancer with strength and hope so that no one ever faces cancer alone," said Amy Sutton, CEO of Crossroads4Hope. "Thanks to generous funding from Gilead Foundation and Bristol Myers Squibb, we've created a free, evidence-based resources that combine education with compassionate, real-time support—so people not only receive access to vital information but have guidance to help them navigate every step of their cancer and caregiver journey."

For 25 years, Crossroads4Hope has helped create a world where whole-person and family supportive cancer care—including emotional, social, and practical support—is accessible to every individual and family, no matter who they are or where they live. What differentiates the New Jersey-based non-profit is its ability to move education beyond awareness by embedding it directly into real-time supportive cancer care delivery including individualized support and resource navigation—while simultaneously expanding reach through digital platforms, community partnerships, advocacy networks, and national dissemination. By amplifying patient voices and addressing longstanding gaps in health literacy and access, these hubs empowers informed treatment decision-making, strengthens engagement in care, and improves health outcomes for individuals and families navigating a cancer diagnosis.
