NEW YORK - PennZone -- LaDàna, Principal Consultant at Above Prestige Public Relations and in-house Director of Communications for Caribbean Cargo DC, is thrilled to announce her participation in the Next Big Star Competition for the 2024 Caribbean Music Awards. This prestigious competition offers her the opportunity to secure votes and potentially become the 2024 Presenter at the Caribbean Music Awards, set to take place on August 29, 2024, at Kings Theatre in Brooklyn, NY.

The Next Big Star Competition is a unique platform that allows participants to engage with their supporters through voting packages. These packages not only help secure votes but also contribute to a noble cause. Her participation will support Music Brings Life (MBL), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to educating young people in Black, Latino, and Caribbean communities about the importance of donating blood. MBL aims to raise 10,000 pints of Genotypic Blood for patients with Sickle Cell, Beta Thalassemia, and blood transfused dependency patients in New York City.

"However, learning about the importance of diverse blood donations and the impact it can have on patients with conditions like Sickle Cell has been eye-opening. I am proud to support Music Brings Life in their mission to educate and inspire others to donate blood."
