Building strong, smart, high character kids I am STRONG.I am BRAVE.I can DO THIS!
ROCKLIN, Calif. - PennZone -- ROCKLIN, CALIFORNIA – KidStrong is not your average kids' program. It's a private, whole-child development program designed by experts – to promote a child's character, physical and brain development – and led by professional coaches. The science-based curriculum, which changes every month, is geared towards kids ages walking (~14 months) to 11 years old.

John and Sara Heringer, Area Developers for KidStrong in the Greater Sacramento region have a center opening in Rocklin on September 12th. This is to be the very first KidStrong location opening in California. The couple, who have extensive experience in adult fitness, are looking forward to making an impact on the entire family through KidStrong. "As parents, KidStrong is exactly what we have wanted for our children but have never been able to find," says the couple. "Not only will KidStrong help them become mentally and physically strong, but it will help them become better humans. We are thrilled to bring this resource to Rocklin and the surrounding community to support the development of the next generation and help kids win at life!"
