PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 13, 2025 ~ Hyperion Bank, a full-service community bank with offices in Philadelphia and Atlanta, has been recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. This marks the second year in a row that Hyperion has made the prestigious Inc. 5000 list, ranking at number 3127Boldr based on its impressive revenue growth of 129% from 2021 to 2024.

The bank's Chair and CEO, Charlie Crawford, who also serves as the Board Chair for the Pennsylvania Association of Community Banks, expressed his gratitude for this achievement. "Our customers, business partners, and team members are the driving force behind our growth and success," said Crawford. "While we are proud to be recognized for our growth, what truly sets us apart is our commitment to connecting customers with knowledgeable and approachable bankers who have the power to make local decisions. Our team's dedication to personalized service is what made this milestone possible."

Out of the 82 organizations in the PA-NJ-DE-MD area that made it onto the Inc. 5000 list, Hyperion Bank was among them. It was also listed among 202 financial services organizations and 91 Pennsylvania companies. Last year, in 2024, Hyperion ranked at number 3835 on the Inc. 5000 list with a three-year revenue growth rate of 120%.

According to Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc., making it onto the Inc. 5000 list is an exceptional achievement in any year but being included this year speaks volumes about a company's resilience and clear vision. "These businesses have thrived despite rising costs, shifting global dynamics, and constant change," said Hofman.

The top 500 companies on this year's list had a median three-year revenue growth rate of an impressive 1,552%, collectively adding over 48,678 jobs to the U.S economy during that time. The complete results of the Inc. 5000 can be found on their website, www.inc.com/inc5000, where Hyperion Bank's profile can also be viewed.

In addition to being included in the Inc. 5000 list, Hyperion Bank has also been recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the region's fastest-growing businesses for five consecutive years from 2020-2024, earning a spot on their "Soaring 76" list. The bank is on track to be included again in 2025, now renamed as the Philly Fast 50. Hyperion was also a finalist in the Philadelphia Business Journal's Best Places to Work in 2024.

Founded in 2006, Hyperion Bank is a full-service community bank that expanded into the Atlanta market in 2019. In 2020, they launched a joint venture called Hyperion Mortgage, which now operates in seven states including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Tennessee. As a member of FDIC and an Equal Housing Lender, Hyperion Bank offers credit subject to approval.
