Newly Established 501(c)(3) Expands Support Groups, Enhances Accessibility, and Builds Community for Survivors and Families

ERIE, Pa. - PennZone -- Hope Survives proudly announces its official launch as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, expanding its reach to provide hope, community, and critical resources for brain injury survivors and their families. Founded by survivor and singer/songwriter Cristabelle Braden, the nonprofit builds on the foundation of Hope After Head Injury, her long-standing online brain injury support community, and is named after her powerful song Hope Survives. Through new support groups, specialized programming, and expanded resources, Hope Survives is ensuring no survivor walks the recovery journey alone.

Bringing Hope & Community to Brain Injury Survivors
✔️ Expanded support groups for survivors, families, caregivers & couples
✔️ New workshops & wellness programs focused on real-life healing
✔️ Resources & tools to support survivors and their loved ones
✔️ A commitment to accessibility & inclusivity in all programs

"Brain injury recovery extends far beyond physical healing: there are mental, emotional, and spiritual needs that are often overlooked, not just for survivors, but for their loved ones as well. At Hope Survives, we're dedicated to bridging this gap, providing families with essential resources, a supportive community, and the encouragement they need to move forward with hope. Navigating the profound life changes brought on by a brain injury can be incredibly challenging.  We are here to ensure that no aspect of recovery is neglected, empowering both survivors and their families to embrace the full picture of a healing journey." – Cristabelle Braden, Founder & Executive Director
