CHICAGO - PennZone -- The Chicago Sun-Times has announced this weekend that Green Office Partner ranked #1 on its list of the best workplaces in Chicago!
Green Office Partner's latest milestone solidifies its role as a leading workplace in Chicago, marking the third time in two years that it has earned top recognition. The company was previously honored as #1 on Crain's Chicago Business' Best Places to Work list for 2023 and 2024.
"We deeply believe that happy employees make for happy clients," says Todd Gallagher, CEO and Co-Founder of Green Office Partner. "Winning this award twice in 2024 from two of Chicago's most trusted news organizations is a testament to our enduring dedication to creating a workplace where people thrive. It reflects our collective efforts in nurturing a culture of excellence, support, and innovation."
The Chicago Sun-Times, founded in 1948, is one of Chicago's largest newspapers and is known for its hard-hitting reporting and journalistic integrity. This is its first year of publishing a list of the best Chicago workplaces, making this victory even more special.

The Chicago Sun-Times built its best workplace list by reviewing each nominated company's practices, programs, and benefits, along with surveys of employees. This is done in collaboration with Best Companies Group, an independent research group that specializes in evaluating the treatment of employees at workplaces across all industries.
"Best Companies Group conducts a simple yet thorough company assessment designed to gather detailed information about your workplace. Employers will complete an in-depth questionnaire and employees will have the opportunity to offer their honest feedback by taking part in a company-wide survey. Both portions of the assessment must be complete in order to be considered for the 'best' list," reads the Chicago Sun-Times' website.
"Our formula is rather simple. Take care of your employees, and they will take care of your clients!" says Chris Gallagher, co-founder of Green Office Partner.
