OTTAWA, Ontario - PennZone -- edjuster, a leading provider of end-to-end services for the property contents insurance marketplace, today confirmed its continuity of service, as the company's offering is deemed an essential service. edjuster is an essential partner to the insurance industry, performing inventory and valuation services of non-salvageable contents damaged by covered perils.
Because the company maintains an existing work-from-home business model wherein our Content Claims Specialists work onsite in the field on creating lists of damaged personal property content, we are the company is able to conduct site inventories safely and independently, to move claims along quickly, without an impact from the current COVID-19 pandemic.
edjuster's mission has always been to enable our customers with seamless and valued services, both in the field and behind the desk. In a drastically changed environment, our focus is unchanged and continues to center on ensuring high levels of claims performance and customer service is achieved on each and every claim assigned. - Existing home-based business model with full capacity VPN connections centralized and at each home-based employee location
