PHILADELPHIA ~ Delaware Investments National Municipal Income Fund (NYSE American: VFL) declared a monthly distribution of $0.0450 per share, payable March 31, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 24, 2023. The ex-dividend date will be March 23, 2023. The investment objective of the fund is to provide current income exempt from regular federal income tax consistent with the preservation of capital. Leveraging techniques may be used in an attempt to obtain a higher return for the fund, with outstanding variable-rate preferred shares as leverage. There is no assurance that the fund will achieve its investment objectives.
