UNIONTOWN, Pa. - PennZone -- One of the largest office furnishings distributors in the United States, COE Distributing was featured in "We Supply America" — a film series highlighting progressive distribution companies and inspiring business leaders making an impact for their workforce and the community.

COE is among eight companies included in season three of the documentary-style series. "COE Distributing: Fostering Growth, Inspiring Excellence," premiered live on LinkedIn October 12 and can be streamed on demand.

Zeroing in on the unique success stories of companies bringing everything from truck parts to plumbing supplies to U.S. retailers, "We Supply America" seeks to tell the stories of distributors acting as a "force for good."

COE was chosen because of its culture, people, innovation and commitment to the future, according to Dirk Beveridge, executive producer and host of "We Supply America." Beveridge is founder of UnleashWD, a firm focused on assessing the challenges of the rapidly evolving distribution industry and providing strategic planning solutions to help wholesale distributors increase their relevance, sustainability and profitability.

"There are endless lessons to be learned from the businesses and leaders in the 'We Supply America' series, and we plan to share those across the entire distribution industry and beyond," Beveridge said. "At COE, Core Values are not just spoken but lived daily, creating a ripple effect of positive change echoing through families and communities, showcasing the true essence of a business built on integrity and respect."

Through interviews with COE staff, "We Supply America" shows how COE achieves growth by cultivating an enriching experience for employees and customers alike.

COE's Core Values of Customer Service, Respect, Teamwork, Quality, Safety, Innovation and Transparency manifest in a constant pursuit of feedback to improve processes for both customers and team members, a continuous effort to forge meaningful connections internally and externally and a robust employee engagement program to develop leaders at every level of the business.

"We're honored to have been selected for this series illustrating the impact of distributors on our economy and communities," said J.D. Ewing, chairman and CEO of COE Distributing. "Our journey of growth is about so much more than financials and we're thrilled to showcase how relationships and an inventive spirit contribute to our success."
