ROHNERT PARK, Calif. - PennZone -- Clearwater Living is proud to announce the opening of Clearwater at Sonoma Hills, a brand-new luxury assisted living and memory support community located in the heart of Rohnert Park, CA. Clearwater at Sonoma Hills has already welcomed its first residents into their new home.

The senior living community is conveniently situated in the Cotati neighborhood, near Sonoma State University, with easy access to the 101 freeway, numerous restaurants, and diverse entertainment venues.

The Clearbrook Memory Support neighborhood at Clearwater at Sonoma Hills provides specialized care for seniors with Alzheimer's or other forms of memory impairment. The neighborhood was specially designed with secured areas, easy-to-navigate spaces, and an adaptive atmosphere which fosters a sense of pride and independence for residents of all abilities.

With 94 well-appointed assisted living and memory support apartments, residents can select the floor plan that best fits their lifestyle whether it is a studio, alcove, one bedroom, two bedroom, private or shared apartment. Utilities, maintenance, housekeeping, laundry service and emergency call response are all included in the monthly apartment rate.
