WAYNE, Pa. - PennZone -- The Brett Furman Group is proud to announce a new service that offers substantial savings to our clients: the ability to provide .DWG files from Matterport scans. This innovative offering allows us to convert 3D Matterport virtual tours into highly detailed drawing files, which are commonly used by architects, engineers, and designers.
By offering .DWG files, we are empowering our clients to bypass the traditional need for costly architectural services for as-built floor plans, renovation planning, or interior redesigns. These files can be directly shared with architects, saving our clients thousands of dollars in architectural fees and significantly speeding up project timelines.
"We are always looking for ways to provide additional value to our clients," said Brett Furman, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Classic and leader of the Brett Furman Group. "I am currently working with a client I sold a home to years ago. Their family is expanding, and they need to either move or add another 1,000 square feet to the home. By using the .DWG files, they saved the cost of having the architect measure the home and probably saved several months of time on the project."
