Chasing the Rainbows partners with OBGYNs, fertility clinics, labor and delivery nurses, midwives, and hospital social workers to ensure bereaved families receive a referral to grief support at the point of discharge. Healthcare providers can refer patients directly at no cost. CME accreditation is also available for providers who want to deepen their capacity to support families after loss.
