Award Winners Announced at 22nd Annual Event That Drew Record Attendance

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - PennZone -- Advanced Solutions International (ASI), a leading global provider of software and services for associations and non-profits, announced today it had conducted its 22nd annual iNNOVATIONS partner conference online on March 25-26, 2020.  Originally scheduled for Orlando, FL, ASI moved to a virtual format amid Covid-19 concerns.  As a result, "iNNOVATIONS LIVE" increased conference attendance by nearly 63% over the previous record set in 2019.  Many of these were first-time attendees who joined other partners, clients and staff online for learning and training sessions on the latest advances in the iMIS Cloud Engagement Management System.  ASI also announced the 2020 winners of its prestigious iMIS Great Things Awards for clients and its coveted global partner awards.  Learn more at www.advsol.com/PRinnov.

Day 1 of the conference included an inspiring opening keynote, as well as sessions on the future of iMIS Cloud, iMIS Form Builder, iMIS Report Writer, modern website design within the RiSE platform, and iMIS Mobile powered by Clowder.  Day 2 featured an exciting app development competition among solution partners, and sessions on membership billing, secure payment processing, and an update on the iMIS REST API.

"Like many other organizations around the world, ASI had to get creative when it came to our iNNOVATIONS conference this year.  The safety of our clients, partners and staff was paramount but we also had an obligation to deliver the quality training and product updates our clients expected," said Edward Wendling, Global VP of Marketing for ASI.  "We put our virtual event together in less than two weeks and it's a testament to the power and flexibility of iMIS that we were able to do this.  We came out of this with an even stronger program in which more of the iMIS community was able to participate than if we had conducted our in-person conference."

iNNOVATIONS LIVE was supported by the versatile ASI Connect app — developed using iMIS Mobile powered by Clowder — which kept attendees up-to-date and engaged through a Facebook-like news feed, provided conference materials and information, and sparked discussions within forums. ASI Connect even included an invitation to a virtual "Appy Hour" at the end of each day to allow conference attendees to mix and mingle while social distancing. The virtual conference experience was enhanced by Gather Voices, a unique video production tool that enabled ASI to deliver video comments from presenters, sponsors, and attendees throughout the two days. All attendees will receive access to a library of conference presentations and materials made possible by Webcastcloud, an on-demand video hosting solution.
