PITTSBURGH - PennZone -- TripleNERDscore, a leading software development and consulting services provider headed by CEO Doug Black, has announced the acquisition of Karani, a SaaS platform that helps non-fundraisers manage their fundraising and contacts online, from Tighten, a Chicago-based Laravel development agency.

With Karani's fundraising CRM platform, TripleNERDscore aims to expand its service offerings and provide a comprehensive solution to its clients. The platform enables organizations to streamline their fundraising efforts and manage their contacts efficiently in one place.

The company intends to retain all of Karani's existing clients and leverage its expertise in Laravel development and non-profit- and church-based fundraising to enhance its service delivery, and increase and expand the product offering.

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
