Capitalizing on its tremendous growth in 2019, Symplast ushers in 2020 with the addition of industry thought leader to spearhead new department

PLANTATION, Fla. - PennZone -- Symplast, the #1 mobile EHR/Practice Management platform for plastic surgery and medical spas that delivers a HIPAA-secure cloud platform to more than 3,500 aesthetic users across the U.S., is pleased to welcome Randy Torban as Symplast's new Senior Practice Analyst. Prior to joining Symplast, Torban served as the Head of Business Analytics and Development for AtlasKPI, a boutique data agency that catered to the top aesthetic practices in the country.

Having spent the past 10+ years identifying raw data trends and translating them into actionable KPIs for retail and healthcare companies of all sizes, Torban brings his unparalleled insight and experience to Symplast in a unique role that will bolster Symplast's practice analytics and customer success efforts.

Symplast CEO/CTO Facundo Formica described the immediate impact Torban will have on the company's continued growth in 2020: "It's very exciting to bring a new and unexplored dimension to Software Solutions for Aesthetic Practice Management! Randy is a well-known thought leader within the industry, and his reputation as a master of everything data-related speaks for itself. Having worked together with AtlasKPI in the past as integrated partners, Randy was able to witness first-hand the dramatic growth Symplast experienced in 2019 and the advantage we have over the competition. Selecting Randy as the leader of our new Practice Analytics department was a no-brainer that accelerates our already-aggressive corporate goals for 2020. His contributions moving forward will not only benefit all departments within Symplast, but our customer's businesses as well."

"I was excited to join Symplast because of how forward-thinking they are in the aesthetic market," said Torban. "I've spent the last few years focused on reviewing processes and data trends for plastic surgeons and medical spas, helping these businesses create measurable goals and strategies. During that time, I personally observed doctors and business owners continuously struggle to implement these strategies and hit their goals because their software provider was either unwilling or unable to provide the right tools. Symplast provides me with a powerful opportunity to add another dimension to both the Practice Analytics as well as the Customer Advocacy departments. As Senior Practice Analyst, my expertise is being utilized to deliver the best service to clients by helping them review their performance and provide the solutions that can help move the needle."

Randy Torban recently served as a featured presenter for an AmSpa webinar alongside aesthetic practice consultant Terri Ross. He will also be a featured speaker at the upcoming Association of Dermatology Administrators & Managers (ADAM) 2020 Meeting being held from March 17-19 in Denver, leading the educational workshop "Best Practices: KPIs and Workflows".
