New leadership structure and service model aim to help growth-stage and mid-market companies connect marketing, sales, and digital systems into one working revenue engine

PHILADELPHIA - PennZone -- RevOtter, a B2B marketing, revenue operations, and website consultancy that helps growth-stage and mid-market companies connect marketing, sales, and digital customer experiences, announced that co-founder Levi Bilbrey has been named Chief Executive Officer and co-founder Lindsay Martin-Bilbrey, CMP, has assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer.

The appointments coincide with an expansion of RevOtter's services around three core practices: fractional CMO and marketing leadership, revenue operations and CRM, and website design and development, with deep expertise across the HubSpot platform. RevOtter works with companies that have outgrown disconnected marketing, sales, and technology processes but are not ready to build every capability internally, combining senior-level strategy with hands-on execution to help build more connected, accountable revenue engines.

"Growth companies don't usually have a shortage of tools or activity. They have systems, teams, and data that aren't working together," said Levi Bilbrey, CEO of RevOtter. "RevOtter exists to connect those pieces, from marketing strategy and CRM to the website and sales execution, so leadership can see what's driving pipeline, where revenue is getting stuck, and what to do next."

Bilbrey is a B2B marketing executive and revenue growth strategist with nearly 25 years of experience spanning demand generation, go-to-market strategy, marketing operations, brand, and creative leadership. He most recently served as Head of Marketing for Golfbreaks, a UK-headquartered golf travel company, and earlier spent more than five years at Bell Textron Inc. directing brand storytelling for the company's next-generation aviation programs, contributing to seven issued U.S. patents. He holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Oklahoma State University and an Executive MBA from Texas Christian University's Neeley School of Business.
