PENSACOLA, Fla. - PennZone -- Ron Jordan, who has dedicated over 24 years of service to Reliance Aerotech following a distinguished 22-year career in the U.S. Marine Corps, will be stepping down from his role as General Manager and Vice President of Operations on September 30, 2024. Effective October 1, Ron will assume the newly created position of Chief Strategy Officer of RAI. "Ron began his journey with Reliance Aerotech Services ('RAS') in August 2000, originally as an avionics wiring installer" said Glynn Williams, Founder/CEO of Reliance Aerotech. "Over the years, Ron's duties included Site Coordinator, Customer Service Manager, and Director of Sales and Marketing. In each position, Ron demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate challenges and drive growth for RAS, culminating in his recent role as General Manager, a position he has held for many years. In his new role, Ron will continue to be my thought partner on strategic issues and provide guidance and strategic leadership to our growing team of aviation professionals."

Reliance Aerotech Inc. is the parent company of Williams' aerospace businesses. In his new role as Chief Strategy Officer at Reliance Aerotech Inc., Ron will focus on enhancing the synergies between our three affiliated companies—Reliance Aerotech Services (RAS), Flight Crews Unlimited (FCU), and Navhouse Corporation (NVH). With particular emphasis on integrating the global aviation talent sourcing services of RAS and FCU, Ron will ensure that the shared strengths of these companies are levered to provide unparalleled service to our OEM, Operators, MROs, fleet management and special mission customers for fixed and rotary wing aircraft in civilian, public and military sectors globally.

This leadership transition marks an exciting new phase for TEAM Reliance. Kyle Bush, a distinguished USMC veteran of 23 years service, including as - Presidential pilot – Marine One in the Presidential Squadron (HMX-1), Deputy Director of Quantico MCAF (VA) and Director of Alert Facility Anacostia of HMX-1 (VA), among many other leadership positions, is promoted to RAS General Manager. Kyle has worked closely with Ron since joining RAS in 2023 to ensure a smooth transition. "Both individuals bring a deep understanding of what it takes to ensure mission readiness and service excellence at the highest levels in very demanding operational environments, and a full appreciation of the many challenges that our customers face every day.
