WAYNE, Pa., Sept. 4, 2024 ~ Philadelphia-based private equity firm RCap Equity Partners has announced their majority recapitalization of Northeast Contracting Corp (NECC) in partnership with Monroe Capital LLC and existing shareholders. NECC, founded in 2002 and headquartered in Lorton, Virginia, is a full-service commercial roofing business that specializes in replacement, maintenance, and new installation. Their operations cover the mid-Atlantic region and cater to various industries such as education, government, multi-family, and industrial.

Eion Kelley, CEO of NECC, expressed his excitement about the partnership with RCap. He stated that with their support, the company will be able to invest in their team, expand their services and reach, and pursue strategic acquisitions.
