WEST CHESTER, Pa., March 18, 2025 ~ QVC Group, a subsidiary of QVC Group, Inc., has announced the addition of Alex Wellen as their new President and Chief Growth Officer. With over 20 years of experience in digital media and product innovation, Wellen is expected to bring valuable expertise to the company's growth strategies.

In his new role, Wellen will be responsible for defining and leading QVC Group's growth strategy across various platforms including U.S. Social Selling, Streaming, Digital (qvc.com and hsn.com), New Business Development, and Platform Distribution. He will also oversee a growing team and introduce new capabilities to drive success and growth for the company.

According to David Rawlinson II, President and CEO of QVC Group, Inc., Wellen's appointment is a crucial step in their plan to return to top-line growth by becoming a live social shopping company. Rawlinson believes that Wellen's impressive blend of media and digital product expertise will be instrumental in executing their growth strategy and competing in the market.

Wellen joins QVC Group with an impressive background in modernizing global brands and scaling transformational digital businesses. He most recently served as CEO and President of MotorTrend Group, a leading media company for automotive enthusiasts. Prior to that, he held strategic senior leadership roles at Turner Broadcasting and CNN Worldwide.
