LOS ANGELES - PennZone -- Pitch Black, the parent company to world-leading visual effects studios FuseFX, FOLKS, Rising Sun Pictures, and El Ranchito, is pleased to announce the appointment of Marie-Hélène Bourduas as Chief People Officer (CPO).

As CPO, Marie-Hélène will be a key partner and advisor to Pitch Black's CEO, Sébastien Bergeron. As an essential contributor to the overall leadership of Pitch Black, Marie-Hélène will develop and implement human resources strategies that support the company's overarching objectives. This newly created position forms part of Pitch Black's strategic mission of operating as a global network of premium visual effects brands that supports clients worldwide.

Marie-Hélène recently served as Senior Director of HR for Coveo, a publicly traded Artificial Intelligence platform with operations and employees in eight countries across the world. A highly accomplished human resources executive, Marie-Hélène has navigated the sector for more than 17 years and has a proven track record of implementing strategic and people focused initiatives that drive business performance and growth. Marie-Hélène has worked in a variety of fast-paced, dynamic businesses, and has executed on every aspect of human resource management. Over the past decade, she has worked in three different countries and developed the ability to effectively collaborate with multinational and multidisciplinary teams.
