Juni generates intelligent responses to time critical operations execution questions, and augments them with specific data and drill-down
SAN JOSE, Calif. - PennZone -- OpsVeda, the leading provider of Operations Command Center (OCC), today announced that Juni, its Generative AI-powered copilot for operations team members, is now available on the Microsoft Teams Store. Juni utilizes natural language processing and supply chain domain expertise to interpret business questions, query information from the OpsVeda platform, and deliver tailored responses. Acting as a 'virtual operations analyst,' Juni empowers front-line users to make timely decisions independently, reducing reliance on central experts and daily spreadsheets. This capability helps enterprises minimize revenue losses and margin leakage through predictive intelligence
The OpsVeda Operations Command Center continuously optimizes demand, supply, inventory, and logistics alignment, assisting teams in achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets. Operational execution is time-sensitive and detail-oriented; having real-time information and analysis at their fingertips can be the difference between a successful or missed month/quarter for operations teams.

With Juni integrated into Teams, OpsVeda makes operational insights more accessible, reducing dependence on central analysts. Users can simply ask Juni about orders, high-priority shipments, or at-risk transactions in everyday business language. Juni can also proactively alert users to time-sensitive issues, such as imminent stockouts, through Teams.
Juni's responses include data visualizations and transaction snippets, allowing users to validate information and take quick action. Users can navigate directly from Juni's messages to relevant OpsVeda storyboards or download specific materials or transactions for further evaluation. Regularly scheduled responses can also be set up for continuous updates.
"The depth and breadth of business content have always been OpsVeda's strength. Our algorithms automate predictive analysis, and with Juni on Microsoft Teams, we're simplifying operational execution for a broader audience," said Sanjiv Gupta, CEO of OpsVeda. "OpsVeda is designed to help operations and supply chain teams maximize revenue and margins, with agility and timing being critical. Juni on Teams ensures faster access to vital information and opportunities identified by the Command Center."
"Large Language Models and Generative AI have dramatically improved the ability to interpret user requests and create code and other content on the fly. We have integrated this new technology with our extensive repository of business functions developed over the years," said Ravi Mandayam, VP of Product Engineering at OpsVeda. "Juni is already being used by some of our customers, and the effect has been transformative. The ease of information access has enabled them to respond to changing operational situations much faster. The number and variety of queries that Juni has been answering have grown much faster than most of us imagined. In operations, velocity and accuracy of information are everything!"
