New Smile Now has added the RAYFace 200 3D scanner to enhance implant planning, surgical precision, and facially driven smile design at its Greensburg and Monroeville locations - supporting improved patient outcomes through advanced digital workflows.

GREENSBURG, Pa. & MONROEVILLE, Pa. - PennZone -- New Smile Now, Home of The Facial Surgery Center, has announced the integration of the RAYFace 200 3D facial scanning system, marking a major advancement in the practice's digital diagnostic and implant-planning capabilities. Featuring 0.5-second one-shot scanning, six-camera 3D capture, and automatic alignment of facial scans, intraoral scans, and CBCT imaging, the RAYFace platform creates a complete "virtual patient" for highly precise planning and esthetic analysis.

For implant patients, Dr. Edward Halusic—renowned for complex implant rehabilitations and full-arch solutions—uses RAYFace's facially driven data to design restorations that harmonize with each patient's natural anatomy, bite, and facial proportions. The technology enhances planning for All-on-4® treatments, implant-supported dentures, and other advanced implant procedures.

For surgical cases, including wisdom teeth and facial procedures, Dr. Ryan McCloy leverages the improved anatomical accuracy and visualization provided by the RAYFace system to support minimally invasive approaches and improved patient communication.

The RAYFace 200 also allows patients to preview lifelike smile simulations, improving education and confidence during consultations. Its open-architecture design integrates seamlessly with the practice's CT-guided planning, digital workflows, and full anesthesia capabilities.

"RAYFace elevates the precision and predictability of our treatments," the New Smile Now surgical team shared. "This technology allows us to combine facial esthetics, bone structure, and dental anatomy into one unified model—strengthening both safety and outcomes for our patients."
