SAN DIEGO - PennZone -- Nemko Group, a leading global regulatory agency headquartered in Oslo, Norway, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Professional Testing (EMI), Inc. (known as PTI), with effect Jan 1st, 2022. PTI, an accredited test laboratory, providing EMC, wireless, product safety, reliability and hazardous locations and explosive atmosphere testing is situated in two central Texas locations- Round Rock and Austin. Once completed, the transaction will expand Nemko's footprint in the U.S. and supports new testing capabilities for commercial, military, aerospace and high-tech manufacturers.

In addition, existing PTI customers will now have access to faster approvals, broader testing capabilities and the advantages of Nemko's vast market access and international approval services.
