SAN DIEGO - PennZone -- Nemko Group, a leading global regulatory agency headquartered in Oslo, Norway, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Professional Testing (EMI), Inc. (known as PTI), with effect Jan 1^st, 2022. PTI, an accredited test laboratory, providing EMC, wireless, product safety, reliability and hazardous locations and explosive atmosphere testing is situated in two central Texas locations- Round Rock and Austin. Once completed, the transaction will expand Nemko's footprint in the U.S. and supports new testing capabilities for commercial, military, aerospace and high-tech manufacturers.

In addition, existing PTI customers will now have access to faster approvals, broader testing capabilities and the advantages of Nemko's vast market access and international approval services.
