Mike began his entrepreneurial journey while pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Penn State University. As an undergraduate, Mike paid for tuition by consulting and developing e-commerce websites for local businesses. In 2006, while working for Broco Supply Inc., Mike helped start an online sales website called Bargaintory.com. Its success fueled growth and opportunity, but the project was lacking scalable software to handle order processing and customer service. After searching for a solution came up empty, Mike built his own. Custom created around the online sales industry, it streamlined the day-to-day operations of Bargaintory.com averaging 5+ million in sales annually. After several years and thousands of updates, Dashboard OSM was born.
In 2015, Mike led the project of converting Dashboard OSM from an in-house software package to a SaaS resellable platform. The following year, Mike & TGHW LLC officially debuted Dashboard OSM as an online sales management platform at the 2016 ASD Show in Las Vegas. In 2018, with the help of Mike, FullStac LLC officially acquired Dashboard OSM. The goal, to accelerate its growth and capture the $1.7 Billion a year market of SaaS based online sales management software for small to medium size businesses. Today, as a member of FullStac LLC, Mike is yet again leading the development and growth of Dashboard OSM.
