TORONTO - PennZone -- Messageware Incorporated, a leader in cybersecurity solutions, announced a new version of Z-Day Guard, their advanced server security product. This update significantly broadens Z-Day Guard's protection to all Microsoft Windows Server platforms.

"We've taken our extensive industry expertise and comprehensive understanding of server security to extend our protection capabilities" said Mark Rotman, President and CEO of Messageware. "Z-Day Guard excels by monitoring for unexpected changes in healthy servers, ensuring SecOps teams have a high level of awareness and are alerted to threats early."

Key New Features:
  • Comprehensive Microsoft Server Protection: Z-Day Guard now protects all Microsoft Windows and Azure Servers and VMs, including Exchange, SQL, and Windows Application Servers.
  • Windows Task Scheduler Integrity Monitoring: Windows Task Scheduler is a common target for cyberattacks. The latest version of Z-Day Guard monitors Windows Task Scheduler, establishing baselines of normal operations.
  • Ready-to-Use Server Templates: To streamline the setup process, Z-Day Guard includes a range of preconfigured templates for various types of Windows servers. These templates facilitate quick installation and customization, ensuring the software is operational with minimal effort.
Core Features:
  • Advanced Threat Hunting: Protects against zero-day attacks and web shells by detecting changes in server environments.
  • Rapid Detection and Alerting: Instantly identifies and alerts on threats, enabling swift response.
  • Seamless Integration: Integrates with existing SYSLOG and SIEM systems for enhanced threat visibility.
  • Certified PPL ELAM Mode: Ensures continuous monitoring and security from server startup to shutdown.
What sets Z-Day Guard apart is its focus on proactive, rather than reactive, security measures. Z-Day Guard monitors the security health of all servers, ensuring security operations can address threats early, before they escalate.
