Isu Na Eliligbaraogu Celebrates Its 6th National Reunion Convention

Outstanding members to be honored as part of its unity celebration

PHILADELPHIA - PennZone -- The Isu Na Eliligbaraogu (ISU) celebrates milestone peace and unity including major achievements at its 2024 Reunion Convention and will honor the achievement of outstanding members for their innovation, excellence, service, and leadership skills.  All the top 6 Royal Majesties from ISU Kingdom will be in attendance. The keynote will be presented by Brigadier General Timothy Opurum.   Special Invitees and Chief Guests of Honors include Hon. Chief Ogonna Ozuruigbo, Chief Aloysius Osuji, Deputy Speaker, Imo State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Amarachi Chyna Iwuanaynwu, High Chief Johnbosco Chukwuma Ozibgu and High Chief Michael Onuoha. This year's theme is "Leading the Way – Diaspora Role in the Economic Development of Nigeria Especially Isu Na Eliligbaraogu".

The event's goals are to promote and celebrate peace and harmony among its citizen; propagate the perspectives of ISU Na Eliligbaraogu with respect to local and global policies that affect its members and their ability to conduct business; organize global & local workshops and events as well as engage city, state, and federal government officials, through partnership and advocacy, to make available necessary infrastructures for the development and maintenance of viable ISU community.

Convention Chairman Mr. Luke Osuoha, states that this event is a part of the organization's superior culture of camaraderie, fellowship and empowerment and the promotion of enduring peace among ISU citizens. Dr. Azuka Anyiam added that the theme of the 2024 Convention captures the fundamental objectives of ISU in driving economic development in Isu Na Eliligbaraogu.

  • Mrs. Amara Uzomah and Obinna Uzomah - Isu Na Eliligbaraogu Community Service Award 2024
  • Ezedike Foundation (Engr. Jude C. Ezedike, Lt Cmdr., U.S. Navy Ret, and Dr Chinenye O. Ezedike)- Isu Na Eliligbaraogu Excellence Award 2024
  • Queen Precious Nkechi Njoku – Community Service Award

The event will kick off on Saturday, July 5th 2024 with a family bus tour of City of Philadelphia. This will be followed by a rousing business reception at the Prestigious Clarion Hotel and Conference center, 76 Industrial Highway, Essington PA 19029, from 12 pm till 4pm. There will be a VIP reception for special guests, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m, and the award dinner/fund-raising from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. and the evening will close with an after dinner party from 10 p.m. to midnight.
