Wearable breathing tool combines adjustable airflow, optional scent, and guided practice to help people slow their exhale and reset during work, travel, sleep, and meditation.

MIAMI - PennZone -- Intuitive Flow has announced the launch of Mokēd™, an adjustable meditation whistle necklace designed to help people slow down, feel their breath, and create a portable reset ritual wherever they are.

Mokēd is a wearable breathing resistance tool that combines adjustable airflow, a discreet fidget ring, an optional cotton scent insert, and guided app support in one daily-use necklace. Unlike simple breathing necklaces with a fixed opening, Mokēd allows users to dial in their preferred resistance, breathe in normally through the nose, and exhale slowly through the device.

The product is built for moments when people need a clean pause: before meetings, during travel, before sleep, during meditation, or during stressful transitions. It may also support people who want a healthier oral-sensory ritual or a discreet object to hold and fidget with throughout the day.

"Calm should not require a complicated system," said a spokesperson for Intuitive Flow Systems. "Mokēd was designed to be simple, wearable, and immediately understandable. It gives people a physical way to return to the breath."

Mokēd supports slow, resistance-based breathing and pursed-lip breathing by creating gentle resistance during exhalation. This helps users slow and lengthen the exhale, making the calming rhythm of the breath easier to feel. Users can start with three to five slow exhales or open the included app for a guided session.

Each Mokēd package includes one adjustable meditation whistle, one removable cotton scent insert, a 26-inch 2mm chain in the selected finish, a quick-start breathing guide, meditation app access, digital growth community access, a 90-day Calm Fit Guarantee, and a one-year craft warranty.

Mokēd is available now in multiple color options with silver plate or 14k gold plate chain styles. Pricing ranges from $79.99 to $89.99. In-stock orders ship by the next business day, and each product is hand-finished, tested, and quality-checked in the USA.
