PHILADELPHIA - PennZone -- Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Inner Strength, a 501(c)3 non profit educational organization, is introducing a virtual Rapid Revitalization for Educators, a free Self-Care 5-Day MasterClass. This mindfulness course is for educators who need to energize themselves and their teaching practice, are struggling to find motivation and enthusiasm, and need to have their passion reignited. This course is free and is open to all who are interested.

March 23 - March 27, 2021

Tuesday - Friday: Workday Revitalization - 12:00 - 12:30 PM US ET

Saturday: Special Workshop 11:00am - 12:30 PM US ET

The Inner Strength Mission

Inner Strength has received the coveted designation from CASEL (Collaborative for Academic Social Emotional Learning) as an approved social-emotional learning (SEL) program. IS provides educational tools including mindful awareness, focus, and compassion techniques to improve psychological, behavioral, and physical health and well-being.
