HORSHAM, Pa. - PennZone -- Inframark, a leader in infrastructure solutions focused on water and wastewater contract operations and maintenance across the U.S., is proud to announce a public-private agreement with the city of Fall River, Massachusetts to operate and maintain the Fall River Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility.

The multi-year operations and maintenance (O&M) agreement expands Inframark's presence in the Northeast market and includes a significant scope of services. The comprehensive O&M strategy, designed specifically for Fall River, showcases Inframark's range of wastewater expertise and capabilities, including the operations, management, and maintenance of the Fall River Wastewater Treatment Facilities, pumping stations, sewer systems, stormwater systems, combined sewer overflow facilities, and all related activities. Inframark's technical experts and support team created a balanced and custom approach to meet Fall River's specific needs, focused on optimizing efficiencies, leveraging technologies, and building relationships with staff and city personnel that will deliver value for the long term.

Inframark Chief Executive Officer Steve Meininger, comments on the partnership with Fall River, "Our team is excited to welcome Fall River as a partner. Operating and maintaining more than 550 water and wastewater treatment systems across the country, it's our team's dedicated focus to manage facilities like Fall River's. John Marcin, who will serve as the Startup Project Manager, says, "As a New England resident, I understand how environmentally conscious the Fall River residents are and their desire to preserve the natural water resources that make this area so attractive. We are committed to being a full-service partner to the city and its citizens – not only as an operator that treats and responsibly returns wastewater to the environment, but also as an employer of choice and a community advocate."

In preparation for the contract start date, July 1, Inframark assembled an experienced, cross-functional team to support the seamless transition and ongoing operation of the facilities. John Marcin explains, "Our team mobilized in advance, and we look forward to implementing our technical expertise, innovative technologies, and award-winning service model for the benefit of the Fall River community."
