KATY, Texas - PennZone -- Inframark, a leader in infrastructure solutions focused on water and wastewater contract operations and maintenance services across the U.S., today announced the appointment of Ozong Etta as the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
As a key member of Inframark's executive leadership team, Etta will play a pivotal role in guiding the company's financial and business strategy to achieve the firm's growth and value-creation objectives. He will lead the organization's financial management, supporting the expansion of Inframark's portfolio of solutions.
Based near Inframark's headquarters in Katy, Texas, Etta has an impressive 20-year career as a strategic leader in all aspects of finance and accounting. Throughout his career, Etta has specialized in bringing corporate visions to life through the thoughtful execution of commercial plans and best-in-class operations. His background includes senior roles at US-focused and global organizations across a range of service and manufacturing industries. He has served in executive-level finance and controller positions at both private and public companies. Most recently, Etta held CFO positions for two successful private equity-backed firms, where he executed short and long-term strategies to ensure company goals were achieved.
