WINDERMERE, Fla. - PennZone -- IAOP®, the association that brings together buyers, providers and advisors working in collaborative partnerships, in partnership with HCL, today announced winners of the Red Ladder Women in Outsourcing Awards. Winners will be honored during IAOP's annual Outsourcing World Summit, taking place February 17-19, in Orlando, Florida.

"When the opportunity arose for IAOP to partner with HCL on an award that recognizes strong women doing great work, it was an easy yes from me," said Debi Hamill, CEO, IAOP. "We're proud of the strides we're helping make in this space, particularly with our Women Empowerment, Leadership and Diversity chapter, and this was a natural fit. I couldn't be more thrilled to honor these four women who are leading, innovating and supporting one another along the way. On behalf of IAOP, congratulations!"

Winners were chosen in three categories and are as follows:
  • Women Empower Women: Chitra Rajeshwari, Executive Director, Avasant Foundation
  • Leadership in Transformational Sourcing: Kate North, Vice President, Workplace Advisory, Colliers
  • Excellence in Innovation – Emerging Technologies: Lisa Taubler, Consumer Affairs, The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company
  • Rising Star: Dynah Kent, Head of Buy-side Engagement and Offshore Outsourcing Operations, Institutional Investor Research
HCL's Red Ladder Awards are uniquely positioned to identify, recognize and award high performing and high potential women leaders, and leverage them as role models for other aspiring women. Launched in 2016 by HCL, the initiative has been well received across various fraternity and created a niche for itself at several industry platforms to honor women for their contribution to business. HCL's Red Ladder Women in Outsourcing Awards is in partnership with IAOP's Women Empowerment, Leadership and Diversity Chapter.
