CHICAGO - PennZone -- Green Office Partner, a Chicago-based provider of business technology solutions, ranked #1 on Crain's 2024 List of the Best Places to Work in Chicago!

This marks the second consecutive year Green Office Partner has landed on top of Crain's prestigious list, having ranked #1 in 2023 and #23 the prior year.

Crain's Chicago Business built its 2024 list in collaboration with Workforce Research Group, an organization that specializes in evaluating company workplaces based on various attributes, including retention, company culture, benefits, and others.

"Green Office Partner is honored to be ranked as the best workplace in Chicago for a second year in a row," says Chris Gallagher, Co-Founder of Green Office Partner. "Consistency is, without question, one of our top strengths, and every day, we seek to exceed our employees' and clients' expectations."

Selecting candidates for its "Best Places to Work in Chicago" list involved a two-part process, explained in detail on Crain's website. First, Crain's sent out an employer assessment to capture the details of each nominee's policies and practices. Crain's then conducted a confidential employee survey to collect feedback from staff members about their workplace environments.

"Our program is built to identify those employers in your area who are doing things right and creating cultures that make employees proud to be a part of them. We give recognition where it's due and provide companies with valuable feedback from their teams," writes Crain's Chicago Business.

The good news was revealed at its annual awards ceremony, where Crain's Chicago Business counted down its list of top 100 Chicago workplaces from #100 to #1.

"We are honored and thrilled to accept this award for the third consecutive year," says Todd Gallagher, CEO and Co-Founder of Green Office Partner. "The success and growth of Green Office Partner has always been fueled by one core factor: our people. We deeply believe that happy employees make for happy clients!  I am so excited to celebrate this honor again with our team, as it spotlights the passion and hard work that our entire organization puts into the cultivation, protection and growth of our incredible culture!"
