ATLANTA - PennZone -- Atlanta, GA – Georgia STAND-UP, a nonprofit social justice organization, is excited to host the "Georgia STAND-UP Party at the Polls Election Day" event on November 5, 2024. This initiative is dedicated to boosting voter turnout and celebrating democracy in Georgia, one of the nation's most influential swing states. The event promises to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere where residents can exercise their right to vote. In the ever-evolving landscape of social advocacy, collaborative efforts between social justice groups, community organizations & influencers not only amplify the voice of marginalized communities, but also foster a sense of solidarity and shared purpose.

This family-friendly event will feature free food trucks, live music, and a vibrant community atmosphere.

Location: Advance Auto parking lot on Metropolitan Avenue

The Party at the Polls aims to reduce barriers to voting and foster civic engagement in marginalized communities. The event is strictly nonpartisan and unaffiliated with any political party or candidate, focusing instead on empowering all eligible voters to take part in the democratic process.
