LOUIS - PennZone -- As part of its ongoing strategic growth, Genuine Hospitality, LLC, has announced the appointment of two senior sales leaders to enhance the support for its expanding hotel portfolio. Kurt Furlong, Chief Revenue Officer and Partner at Genuine Hospitality, expressed enthusiasm about the new additions, stating, "We are extremely pleased to welcome two seasoned hospitality professionals to our corporate team. Cristina Garcia has joined the company as Regional Director of Sales. With over 20 years of experience in hotel sales, Cristina will oversee the sales strategy for 16 hotels located in the southeast and Midwest markets. This includes collaboration with on-property sales teams, General Managers, Revenue Managers, and Regional Directors of Operations. Her recent role as Area Sales and Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing at Concord Hospitality further highlights her expertise in driving sales performance and brand development. Cristina's base in Orlando positions her strategically, particularly as the company focuses on maximizing growth opportunities in the expanding South Florida market.

Leann Weaver has been appointed as Area Director of Sales, overseeing a portfolio of six hotels across Illinois, Missouri, Georgia, and California. Leann brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in hotel sales, including a history of successful collaboration with the Genuine Hospitality leadership team in previous roles. Her expertise in multi-market strategies will be instrumental in driving sales across these diverse regions. Based in St. Louis, Leann is well-positioned to lead and optimize performance in these key markets.
