Fulton Financial Corporation Declares Quarterly Common and Preferred Dividends

LANCASTER, Pa. ~ Fulton Financial Corporation, a $27 billion financial holding company based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share on its common stock and a quarterly dividend of $12.81 per share (equivalent to $0.32025 per depositary share) on its Fixed Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A. Both dividends are payable on October 13 and 16 respectively to shareholders of record as of October 2 and 1 respectively.
