PHOENIX - PennZone -- Today, Fennemore, a leading law firm in the American west, announced several of its attorneys have been selected for leadership roles within the firm. The attorneys move into the roles as part of planned transitions that help ensures client and operational continuity.

"I'm excited to announce that our 2021 leadership team is now firmly in place, and we're looking forward to proudly serving our clients and communities," remarked Fennemore's CEO, James Goodnow. "2020 was a strong year for Fennemore, guiding our clients through the uncertainties of the pandemic while also expanding into the California market. With this team, we're well positioned to effectively meet any challenge that head our clients' way."

Richard Aaron, has been named the firm's California Region Chair. Aaron has a diverse business transactions, corporate and real estate practice, and is also a Certified Specialist in Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law.

Leigh Burnside, a member of the firm's Management Committee, has been named the Fresno Office Managing Partner. A director in Fennemore's Trusts & Estates practice group, Burnside regularly counsels fiduciaries in their administration of trusts and estates.

Richard Dreitzer, has been named Las Vegas Office Managing Partner. A director in the firm's Business Litigation practice group, Rich was elected to the State Bar of Nevada's Board of Governors in 2013.

Andrea Marconi, has been named Vice Chair of the Business Litigation practice group. Her broad spectrum of work encompasses many areas, including complex commercial litigation, franchise litigation and baking issues.

Ann Morgan, has been named Fennemore's Chief Diversity Officer. A director in the firm's Employment & Labor practice group, Morgan is also the Chair of the Blue Ribbon Committee on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the State Bar of Nevada.

Nathan Powell, has been selected as Vice Chair of the Business & Finance practice group. Powell's work focuses on healthcare, and includes business transactions, regulatory compliance, real estate and employment law.

Susan Stone Rosenfield, has been appointed the firm's Chair of Intellectual Property. As a registered patent attorney, Rosenfield has experience in the preparation and prosecution of trademark applications worldwide.

David Schneider, has been appointed Vice Chair of the firm's Business Litigation practice group.  Schneider specializes in litigation arising from complex business and commercial disputes, real estate transactions and leases, real property title issues, and construction projects.

Stacie Smith, a director in the firm's Intellectual Property practice group has been selected as the Phoenix Office Managing Partner. Smith began her career at Fennemore as a paralegal, and is now also a core committee member of the firm's Venture Accelerator program focused on working with start-ups.

Stephanie Tribe, has been named Chair of Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation. Tribe's work focuses primarily in the areas of estate planning, taxation, and probate estates and trusts.

Melissa Webb, has been selected as Vice Chair of Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation. Webb handles estate planning, trust administration and probate matters, from simple to complex.
