PITTSBURGH, Aug. 29, 2024 ~ eProductivity Software (ePS) has recently made a significant move in the print and packaging industries by acquiring U.S.-based Enterprise Print Management Solutions (EPMS). This acquisition, announced by ePS, is part of their strategy to expand their reach and provide greater value to customers.

EPMS, a management information system (MIS) software provider, has been in operation since 1989 and has built a strong customer base of over two hundred clients primarily in North America. With this acquisition, ePS solidifies its position as a global leader in transformational technology for the print and packaging industries.

Dan Vertachnik, CEO of Print ePS, expressed his excitement about welcoming EPMS' customers and employees to the ePS family.
