During the peak of the pandemic, Rose Vitale, an entrepreneur and investor, has guaranteed that she will fill 200 or more rooms of the Hilton Bayfront in San Diego next May for the Female Founders Pitch Summit. That is how confident Vitale is that this event will bring people to the city and the hotel.

SAN DIEGO - PennZone -- n March, Vitale signed an agreement with the Hilton Bayfront that required $100,000, which Vitale paid from her personal capital.

The pitch summit will take place May 21, 2021, at the Hilton Bayfront in San Diego. It will bring 50+ investors to meet 100 female founders of companies looking for funding. FFPS is a powerful one-day event that gives female founders the opportunity to pitch their project or company to gain funding. This exclusive event will be filled with passion and excitement that will lead to life-changing moments for both the founders and investors. It promises to be an unforgettable day of pitches, networking, cocktails, fine dining and entertainment, said Vitale, founder of FFPS. The summit is expected to transform how venture capital is funded and start a movement for change.

"I know that this summit will draw investors, female founders, media and sponsors to the hotel," said Vitale.""This summit will bring hope to so many women business owners. I wanted to provide hope during a time of crisis."

According to statistics, about 40 percent of businesses are started by women, but only 2.9 percent of them receive the available funding. That is what Vitale wants to change. She wants to see more women get the funding they need to expand and create jobs in their communities. Vitale is committed to hosting the FFPS at the Hilton.as she believes now more than ever, women and their innovative ideas need to be supported so they can be the difference-makers in their communities across North America and eventually around the world!
