Dynamic Design Solutions, LLC, a company that provides custom automation and systems integration to discrete manufacturing companies, announced today their acquisition by Addtronics.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - PennZone -- Dynamic Design Solutions, LLC, a company that provides custom automation and systems integration to discrete manufacturing companies, announced today their acquisition by Addtronics. Addtronics, recently formed by Kaho Partners, is a holding company that is dedicated to acquiring, empowering, and growing leading robotic automation solution providers. Dynamic Design Solutions is the first acquisition of many by the Addtronics organization. Addtronics' acquisition of Dynamic Design Solutions strengthens the formerly family run business with increased resources and capital to continue the exponential growth that DDS has already been experiencing.

Dynamic Design Solutions, founded in 1998, will keep its name, team, and unique culture amid the acquisition. The company will be led by President Michael Caldwell, Chief Revenue Officer Adam Crandall, and VP of Operations Todd Pickering.
