JACKSON, Miss. & ATLANTA - PennZone -- Since relaunching Conversations Media Group (CMG) in 2014, Mississippi native Cyrus Webb has turned his vision of empowering creatives into a reality. Originally founded as a platform for Webb's work as a media personality, magazine editor-in-chief, public speaker, and publicist. Today, he has expanded this vision by inviting others to join him in reaching audiences around the world with their messages.

"It's been great to see how Conversations Media Group has grown," says Webb, 49. "In truth, it has always been bigger than just me. Today, with the talented roster of individuals I'm working with, it is fulfilling the purpose I have of feeding your love of life and reaching you where you are."

Currently, Webb is working with eleven talented individuals who are building their platforms and sharing expertise, resources, and inspiration with the world:

  2. Dr. Teresa A. Smith, aka Dr. TAS, is a motivational speaker, award-winning bestselling author, and media personality who uses her platform to empower trauma survivors to rebuild their lives through hope, resilience, and actionable strategies.
  3. Tina Siemens is an award-winning author who uses history to connect individuals with their past and shares lessons that inspire future growth.
  4. Melissa Banks is an award-winning master event planner, author, and speaker who has helped individuals turn their tests into their testimony.
  5. Dr. Velma Bagby is a bestselling author, speaker, and podcast host who shares the importance of a God-centered approach to building relationships and thriving marriages.
  6. Dr. Norma McLauchlin is an award-winning author, speaker, and founder of Chosen Pen Publishing, who helps aspiring writers turn their stories into published books through expert guidance and mentorship.
  7. Chanelle Coleman Wesley is a speaker, coach, and bestselling author who reminds everyone—but especially women—of the importance of saying Yes to themselves.
  8. Kate Thurman is a bestselling author, speaker, and media personality who connects with individuals around their gifts and creates a platform for them to share their stories.
