The first program of its kind in the nation, VIP COMMERCIAL, is taught by subject matter experts. Participants heard from successful Veteran-owned business CEOs and engaged directly with dozens of supplier diversity representatives from the private sector. The instructors and panelists shared their expertise and insights to help participants better understand the methods and best practices to navigate and successfully grow their businesses in commercial contracting.

"We are excited to bring our newest program — VIP COMMERCIAL to Veteran-owned businesses looking to enter or expand their companies in the private sector," stated Barbara Ashe, VIP National Director.

VIP COMMERCIAL is a 4-day, 27-hour certification program specifically designed for Veteran small business owners or a C-level executive. It is offered at no cost to the Veteran-owned company. To qualify, the VOSB/SDVOSB must have at least three years of operations and earn at least $3 million in annual revenue. The program, taught by subject matter experts from the private sector, is fully funded by the Montgomery County Chamber Community Foundation in partnership with the National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA) and a roster of founding circle sponsors from the private sector.
