Congrats to Criterion HCM CEO Coaching International
MIAMI - PennZone -- CEO Coaching International, the leading firm coaching over 330 of the world's top growth-focused entrepreneurs, congratulates its client Criterion HCM and CEO Sunil Reddy for placing first in the Hearst Top Workplaces competition.

Criterion, a leader in HR, payroll and recruiting management software, gained top honors in the Connecticut small employers category. Rankings were based exclusively on surveys submitted by employees. Reddy was also recipient of the Outstanding Leadership Award in the same category.

Reddy attributes his company's success and culture to alignment on three core values: excellent customer service, efficiency, and enthusiasm.

"People are all very excited about what we do. We're competing with companies 100 times bigger than we are, and we win when we compete, so that excites them," Reddy said. "When we hire a new person, we're scoring them on these three values. If they don't fit in, we don't hire them. They could be exceptionally talented...but if they don't align on our values, we don't hire them. When you get people who are all aligned, the morale is high. We have to be conscious in everything we do."

"I want to congratulate our client Criterion for being named winner of a Top Workplaces award and CEO Sunil Reddy on being named winner of the Outstanding Leadership Award among small employers," said Gerry Perkel, partner at CEO Coaching International and Reddy's coach.

"Sunil's leadership and the team's focus and dedication has enabled Criterion to grow aggressively in the HR Information System marketplace. The future looks very bright, and these awards are evidence of great success for Criterion," Perkel added.
