America's Workforce Solution (AWS) LLC, certified SBA 8(a), EDWOSB and WOSB/WBENC, is a unique boutique HR company providing recruitment and staffing services for DoD Prime Contractors, public and private sectors. Under AWS, Ms. Phair has launched ReferAll - a new staffing tool under app development and currently piloting the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in the United States to small and large businesses as well as the federal marketplace. The Milestone Circles Program at the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center is a 12-week program that provides women entrepreneurs with access, resources, and knowledge they need to grow. "I am beyond excited to participate in the Milestone Circles Program.
