MIAMI - PennZone -- America's Workforce Solution, LLC is proud to announce its acceptance into the NASDAQ Entrepreneurial Center, 'The Milestones Circle' Program powered by Wells Fargo. America's Workforce Solution (AWS) LLC, certified SBA 8(a), EDWOSB and WOSB/WBENC, is a unique boutique HR company providing recruitment and staffing services for DoD Prime Contractors, public and private sectors. Under AWS, Ms. Phair has launched ReferAll - a new staffing tool under app development and currently piloting the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in the United States to small and large businesses as well as the federal marketplace. In addition, all contract engagements with AWS include a 'Community Giving Back Program' to provide STEM / STEAM education, Employee Engagement Programs and Customized Workforce Initiatives via AWS Charitable Partner, The On It Foundation. The organization Founded by Ms. Phair, is a National 501(c)(3) public technology non-profit that works in tandem with AWS as a 'social enterprise', GREEN and sustainability model.

The Milestone Circles Program at the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center is a 12-week program that provides women entrepreneurs with access, resources, and knowledge they need to grow. "I am beyond excited to participate in the Milestone Circles Program. The opportunity to network with Women of 'like minds', gain Strategic Partners and Mentors to help me grow my company from 'here to there' is exactly what I need. This opportunity will expand and strengthen my Federal and Corporate partnerships, and assist me with piloting New Technologies to the Government as well as the ability to continue growing and providing superior services to my clients," states Ms. Phair.

Ms. Phair is an Alum of the SBA Emerging Leaders Program of South Florida and Comcast RISE awardee. Ms. Phair is seeking a Mentor with mutual synergies to participate in the SBA 8(a) Mentor-Protégé Program.
