WAYNE, Pa. - PennZone -- Local REALTOR® Brett Furman, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Classic announced that his real estate team, the Brett Furman Group, ranked #62 overall in the RE/MAX Pennsylvania Region for total sales in May 2022. This is the second month in a row the team has received such recognition landing on the Top 100 list.

Brett attributes this success to his client's confidence in the teams all-inclusive marketing. He stated, "We are the only agents that offer all these free cutting-edge services to every seller! It really sets us apart." To date this year, the team averages 20 days on market with a 105% sale price to list price ratio.

Mr. Furman has been hosting FREE Home Seller Workshops sharing "Systems, Strategies, and

Solutions for Selling Smart" based on his 36+ year real estate career. His next 2 events are scheduled for this September at Marple Public Library on Monday the 12th at 7pm and Wednesday the 14th at 1pm. Registration is required and seating is limited, so sign up soon.
