ALEXANDRIA, Va. - PennZone -- Advanced Solutions International (ASI), a leading global provider of cloud software and services for associations and non-profits — and the developers of the iMIS Engagement Management System (EMS) — announced today that it has acquired Alexandria, VA-based Clowder®.  Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Clowder is a year-round, multi-purpose mobile app platform designed to drive engagement for associations and non-profits. With Clowder, organizations can replace one-time use event apps, facilitate member-to-member networking, provide a new line of communication to members, and generate new sources of non-dues revenue.

Clowder is a long-time Authorized iMIS Product Partner (AiPP) that fully integrates with the iMIS Engagement Management System and is offered to clients as iMIS Mobile Powered by Clowder.  The platform also integrates with a variety of AMS/CRM solutions to help associations, non-profits, and other membership organizations better engage younger members, improve member communication, support unlimited events, and create new advertising streams.
