BETHLEHEM, Pa. - PennZone -- Altair Integrated Services has hired a seasoned executive from AIG, Charles Link as a new addition to the team. With his experience and innovative approach, Charles joins Altair as the Vice President of Analytics & Data Management. Charles brings many years of experience in information technology, insurance and data strategy. Altair is excited to offer Charles' expertise in advanced analytics and data management to its clients looking to become disruptors in their industry. Prior to joining Altair, Charles served as the Chief Data Officer for AIG Retirement Services. In this role, Charles led the development and execution of the data strategy across integrated service verticals of strategy, advanced analytics, insights delivery, data management, data platforms, and data operations. Charles joined AIG in 2008 as an Information Officer focused on the creation of cutting-edge solutions for HR including the HR Global Data Warehouse, performance management, global compensation systems, and employee and manager self-service. Prior to joining AIG, Charles held positions at Dun & Bradstreet, Merck-Medco, KPMG, Weil, Gotshal and Manges, and Oracle.
