CHANDLER, Ariz. - PennZone -- Phoenix, AZ. Phoenix Home Remodeling co-owner Jeremy Maher announces the release of "Remodel Without Regret" a clear, step-by-step playbook for planning and executing a stress-free remodel.

The book distills Phoenix Home Remodeling's design-build process into simple actions homeowners can take before they hire a contractor. The Kindle edition is available for a special launch price of $1 during release week.

Maher wrote the guide after seeing homeowners struggle with vague scopes, ballpark bids, and schedule surprises.

The book shows readers how to plan with precision using three steps. Start with design and 3D. Move to estimator-built pricing with a fixed number. Then manage the build with clear communication and a homeowner portal.

"Most remodel horror stories start before the demo," said Jeremy Maher, co-owner of Phoenix Home Remodeling and author of the book. "If you define scope, price, and schedule up front, the build is boring in the best way. That is the goal. Easy remodeling projects that finish on time and on budget."

The book includes checklists, a contractor scorecard, and questions to ask before signing. Readers also get access to a free online resource hub with templates and a short video that explains design-build vs general contracting.

"Homeowners do not need insider lingo," Maher added. "They need a simple plan. See your space in 3D. Approve a fixed price. Track progress in one place. That is how you remove stress."
