WASHINGTON - PennZone -- Purify Flame, the debut indie pop album from the widely acclaimed Philadelphia and DC-based writer and artist, Lauren Coyle Rosen, is set to drop on May 12, 2025. Lauren is a prolific, inspired creator of multiple modes. Her most recent book, Hannibal Lokumbe – coauthored with the leading orchestral composer and jazz legend Hannibal Lokumbe – was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize, National Book Award, and National Book Critics Circle Award.

The album marks Lauren's striking arrival as a singer-composer set to alter hearts and spirits with her enchanting, hypnotic melodies and transporting poetic lyrics.
